Refund Policy

1.Our counselling is free

Our admission counselling and guidance is provided free of consultancy charges to students. In the normal course, we do not collect any fee from students for guidance, so no refund arises for our services.

2.Fees paid to institutions

Any tuition, registration, examination or other fees are paid directly to the university, college or board concerned. Refunds of such fees are governed entirely by that institution's own refund and cancellation rules. We do not control and are not responsible for those decisions.

We recommend that you read the fee and refund policy of the institution carefully before making any payment to them.

3.If a service fee is ever charged

If, in a specific case, we agree in writing to provide a paid service and you pay a fee to us directly, any refund of that fee will be handled as per the terms agreed at that time. Amounts already passed on to an institution or spent on services already delivered are non-refundable.

4.How to request a refund
